Our Story

We love good food! After over 4 decades in fine food we’ve finally dedicated ourselves to the art of dough. Our sour dough “Lucy” is lovingly fed each day to give our New York style pizza a tangy aromatic dough with great chew factor and deep flavour. After bulk fermentation, each dough ball is then fermented under refrigeration for 24 to 72 hours.

New York Style Sour Dough Pizza

Thin and crunchy bottom, beautifully flavoured chewy sour dough, topped with deep rich Pirate rum tomato sauce. Gourmet toppings, fresh herbs.

Our signature RUM tomato sauce is slowly simmered with fresh herbs and 8 other secret ingredients to give a rich tangy deep flavour and further reduced to give our “Detroit Pizza” its traditional post bake thick sauce topping.

Detroit Style Pizza

Pirate’s signature Detroit Pizza. Thick pillowy mouth filling dough. Crispy crunchy cheesy edges. Reduced Rich Rum tomato sauce. Limited to 4 topping options. You wont need more. Will satisfy the hungriest of appetites.
